Atlantic Tours and Transfers is a private, appointment-based transfer and tour service in Aruba — not a taxi or rideshare service. Every trip is planned in advance with one driver assigned to one party.
Submitting the Reservation Request form sends us a request — it is not a confirmed booking. We confirm availability by WhatsApp, typically within the hour. No payment is collected through this website; payment is arranged directly with you before or at the time of service.
Cancellations are free of charge. Please let us know as early as possible by WhatsApp so we can release your driver's time to another guest.
OCC Black Card membership is selective and reviewed individually. Submitting an invitation request does not guarantee membership, and we may decline or extend an invitation at our discretion.
We're not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control — flight delays, weather, or traffic among them. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the service booked.
These terms are governed by the laws of Aruba.
